Service Terms

These terms explain how SuburbShine Manchester provides mobile car washing across Greater Manchester’s suburbs. They are written in clear language for everyday use. By placing a booking request, you agree to the points below.

2. Scope of service

We provide on-location exterior washes and light interior refreshes for everyday vehicles. Work is carried out on private driveways, designated bays, or other locations where you have permission to receive services. We do not undertake mechanical work or paint correction.

3. Bookings and timing

Bookings are arranged in short time windows to allow for traffic and weather. We send a quick message on the day when en-route. If we are delayed by circumstances beyond our control (road closures, sudden weather conditions), we will propose the next available window.

4. Access and setup

Please ensure safe access to the vehicle and approximately one metre of space around it. If a gate code or concierge approval is required, share that in advance. We place hoses and caddies to keep footpaths clear and use low-noise tools suitable for residential areas.

5. Water, runoff, and environment

We use water-wise methods with biodegradable products supplied in the UK. Runoff is directed to permeable surfaces where possible. In areas without suitable drainage we use containment mats. We follow local guidance and avoid any discharge that could cause nuisance.

6. Vehicle condition

If we notice existing damage (scratches, loose trim, flaking lacquer), we will point it out before starting. Photographs may be taken with your consent to record condition. We avoid opening compartments unless you request interior work that requires it.

7. Weather

Light rain rarely prevents a wash; heavy rain, storms, or low temperatures may require rescheduling. We will offer a new time window as soon as practical. There is no fee for weather-related changes.

8. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel or move a booking without charge up to 12 hours before the window. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a reasonable call-out fee to cover travel already undertaken.

9. Pricing and payment

Prices are shared during booking based on vehicle size and selected options. Payment is taken by card or cash on completion. Invoices are available by email. We do not add hidden surcharges; any additional work is agreed in advance.

10. Reasonable care

We take reasonable care using soft mitts, separate wheel buckets, and gentle cleaners appropriate for the surface. Some marks (tar, tree sap, baked brake dust) may need repeated light treatments over time rather than one heavy application.

11. Liability

We hold public liability insurance suitable for a mobile service. We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing defects, insecure accessories, or instructions that conflict with site rules. Indirect or consequential losses are not covered.

12. Photographs

With your permission, we may take simple before/after photos for records. Images used for publicity will only be shared with your explicit consent and will avoid identifiable personal data such as house numbers where practicable.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy & Vehicle Data Notice. We keep only what is needed to run bookings and meet legal obligations.

14. Complaints and feedback

If something doesn’t feel right, contact us within two days of the visit and we’ll look into it promptly. Straightforward feedback helps us refine routes and methods.

15. Changes to terms

We may update these terms to reflect practical improvements or legal changes. The current version will always appear on this page with the revision date below.

Last updated: 29 October 2025

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.

Guides & Care

Picking a Time Window

Morning shade helps panels stay cool; late slots can suit school-run gaps. If street parking is tight, note when bays usually clear and we’ll plan around it.
